Let’s play optometrist (Sketch Setup)

January 28, 2018

When was the last time you saw your optometrist? I have to go pretty often because my eyes are crummy

I always like it when I sit in a nice comfy chair, looking at some text with one eye open. The doc flips the lenses in front of you and asks, “Tell me how you see more clearly. One? Or two? Now, one? Or two?” In the end, you get a prescription for a pair of glasses that would hopefully give you a crisper view of the world around you – either a 20/20 or the best your eyes would allow.

So let’s play this game. Each of the sketches will be a new lens to try on. Yours is one. Mine is two. You already know what yours shows you, so how about you try to take a look through mine. If it gets blurry – never mind. If you see more clearly – you score a point.

I wish I could see through yours and correct my errors of refraction, but alas, at this point the game is one sided.

Shall we play?
