Weekly 2 person basket
Just like the rest of our vegetables, our baskets are completely seasonal, so they vary quite substantially. There should be ample vegetables for two omnivorous people for a week. Vegans might want to double up. We start in June and we finish in October. As an example, our June basket might contain green onions, radishes, garlic greens, snow peas and kale. Our August basket might have heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, summer squash, dill and swiss chard, and our October basket might have winter squash, beets, hakurei turnips, cabbages and ground cherries. It is all dependent on Mother Nature. We hope to have some recipe suggestions to go with our baskets both for fresh cooking and for preserving, since we are eating the same things at the same time!
